Job Summary Lodge Management Couple / Lodge Manager - Luxury Lodge | Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Lodge Management Couple or an experienced Lodge Manager to join a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality leaders passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences in a prestigious safari environment. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end safari lodge management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Knowledge of food, wine, and luxury hospitality standards Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively in a remote environment South African citizenship or valid work permit essential Valid driver's licence and own transport required Experience in staff management and labour relations, including trade unions, advantageous Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Oversee and support all departments, maintaining high standards across guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personal interaction and attention to detail Manage, train, and mentor staff to uphold service excellence and company standards Monitor and control budgets in collaboration with senior management Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are adhered to at all times Coordinate and plan strategically for ongoing operational success Maintain lodge facilities to the highest standards, managing preventative and reactive maintenance Package: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Live-in accommodation provided Opportunity to lead operations in a prestigious luxury lodge within the Greater Kruger To Apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to high application volumes, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
