They will bring proven experience in high-end lodges or hotels, with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards. Housekeeping Supervisor will demonstrate strong leadership and organisational abilities, capable of managing and motivating a team while implementing sustainable cleaning practices. Room Attendants will be reliable, guest-focused professionals who take pride in their work and thrive in a collaborative, service-driven environment. Requirements Housekeeping Supervisor | To oversee all aspects of lodge housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and guest areas meet 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position within a 5-star lodge, hotel, or luxury property Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and motivate a team Sound understanding of eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainable operations an advantage Room Attendants | To deliver impeccable daily room service and maintain the highest levels of hygiene, attention to detail, and guest comfort.
