Lodge Anchor | Welgevonden Game Reserve | Luxury Lodge
A prestigious boutique lodge in Welgevonden Private Game Reserve is seeking a dedicated LODGE ANCHOR to join the team. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Oversee guest relations, from check-in to departure, ensuring 5-star service.
Support lodge management with reservations, administration, and reporting.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements professionally.
Maintain high hospitality standards in line with the lodge's luxury offering.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge.
Strong background in guest relations and lodge operations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a remote, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in reservations systems and administration is an advantage.
Passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
A team player with a warm, professional demeanor.
What We Offer:
