Our client, a well-established luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Limpopo, is seeking a polished and personable Lodge Anchor / Front of House Supervisor to join their close-knit team
Description
The Lodge Anchor/Front of House Supervisor is a live-in position for someone with a strong front-of-house presence and the ability to ensure seamless day-to-day guest experiences.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests--managing arrivals and departures, activity coordination, and hosting during meals and throughout their stay. You will also support the lodge's administrative operations, assisting with reservations, stock control, and staff coordination. This role requires a blend of warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Salary: R12,500 - R15,000 (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Live-in position with accommodation provided
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a front-of-house or guest relations role within a 4- or 5-star lodge
• Confident hosting skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Well-presented, enthusiastic, and emotionally intelligent
• Computer literacy and experience with reservations and stock systems
• Valid driver's license an advantage
