Job Description
Co-ordinates, control and guides the administrative of vehicle allowance to ensure all new and amended allowances and deductions are captured onto the pay system and supplying all related reports and audit trials, support query resolution to ensure compliance with vehicle allowance policies.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Control and supervise staff.
- Administration of the Council policies for the reimbursive, adhoc, recruitments & retention and former entities allowances.
- Liaise with the other units.
- Responsible for the safe keeping of all relevant reports and supporting documents.
- Attend meetings in respect of vehicle allowance.
- Maintaining of the locomotion system and prepare statistics.
- Participates on the locomotion sub committee.

- Degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent in Administration or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- 4 Years relevant experience.
