An Exciting Career Opportunity Exists for a Loan Set Administrator based in Northriding

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Northriding reporting to the Team Leader for Queries and Loan Set.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Prioritize and coordinate quotes, orders and / or bookings from Clients / Product Managers efficiently. Maintaining a high customer relationship and good customer service. Receiving orders from customers via mail, phone, or other electronic means. Assisting Key Account managers / Reps with customer orders and sales. Process quote and invoice request within 2 hours Arrange delivery of sets and implants to hospitals / assist with deliveries if required Follow up after the surgical procedure with the hospital, rep, and Pharmacy to obtain patient details, order number and which implant was used Manage a clear overview and documentation of all company loan sets in terms of location and content Ensure delivery is made by an authorized B. Braun driver, in a closed delivery van, and the sets are packed into a plastic delivery bin Ensure knowledge of competitor products and relevant guidelines is updated regularly Always ensures availability for customer queries and within reason Product recalls are deemed serious and dealt with promptly as per company procedure Immediately report any defects in the building, equipment, or any other safety concern to the relevant manager

Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience:

Proven experience in Loan Set Management / Registered nurse with theatre experience, including knowledge of theatre layout, procedures, stock, equipment, instruments needed would be advantageous

Skills and Competencies:

Customer-focused mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-matrix company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Digital literacy specifically in SAP and Office 365 suite
