Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Litigation Secretary / Personal Assistant

to support our legal team. This dual role is ideal for a candidate who has strong attention to detail, and enjoys being a trusted support professional to attorney and partners.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive secretarial support to attorneys, including document preparation, filing, and managing correspondence Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and briefs to court standards Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court deadlines Maintain and organise case files (physical and electronic) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Personal assistant duties including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and diary management for senior lawyers

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years' experience as a legal secretary, ideally with a focus on litigation Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology Excellent typing and document formatting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Legalsuite Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism
