Litigation Secretary position available in Cape Town.
Are you a professional, well-organised Legal Secretary who is good at putting systems in place for a new office? Our client in Century City requires administrative and secretarial support in Insolvency litigation. Sufficient knowledge of Magistrate and High Court processes is essential.
Salary: R14,000 ctc per month negotiable dependent on experience.
Requirements:
Gr 12, with proven experience in insolvency litigation
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Caselines and Court Online
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Duties and Responsibilities:
Typing, editing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
Maintaining and updating case files and client records
Handling telephone calls and email communication professionally
Liaising with clients, courts and external parties as required
* Assisting with filing, scanning and other general office duties
