Minimum Requirements:
Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (male or female) Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base) Full proficiency in Afrikaans essential - speak, read and write (Mostly Afrikaans speaking clients) Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed Admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance a must Minimum 2 years post admission experience in General Litigation / Debt Collection / Family Law a must Fully independently functional a must, including drafting of legal documentation, notices & pleadings Must be willing to attend to Court appearances Driver's license and own vehicle a must Willing to commit to firm long term Must currently reside in Pretoria, preferably in/near Pretoria Moot To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
High Court and Magistrate's Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters etc.) General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)
Salary:
R15 000 - R20 000 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience) + commission.
