Litigation Attorney position available in Hazelwood, Pretoria.
Minimum Requirements:
Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual, preferably aged 27+ years Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both - Afr & Eng client base) Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney 3 to 6 years post admission experience in General Litigation, Family Law matters and Debt Collection Driver's license and own vehicle a must Computer literate in Caselines Stable employment record and contactable references Currently residing in Pretoria To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
High Court and Magistrate's Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters) General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.) Client liaison and correspondence in Afrikaans and English
Salary:
R25 000 - R32 000 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience).
