Litigation Attorney
Job Description
An established boutique Law Firm in Johannesburg is looking to employ a dynamic, experienced, and competent Litigation Attorney. The firmxe2x80x99s offices are situated in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
The ideal candidate must be a high-quality individual, at least 3 years post qualification and experienced in litigation The incumbent must have the ability and desire to perform at a high level, experienced in the specific specialist disciplines, and be highly competent. This person must maintain a high level of professionalism, be able to multitask and perform the technical skills associated with this role.
It is required that the candidate has experience in High Court litigation, medical malpractice, public liability, personal injury, RAF, or a combination of these competencies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- LLB degree.
- 3+ Years' experience as an Admitted Attorney.
- Experience with High Court and Magistrate's Court Litigation.
- Must have a strong marketing ability.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Experience fields: Legal, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Road Accident Fund, High Court litigation.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and determination.
- R300,000 to R540,000 pa, negotiable on experience.
