Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a motivated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, and minimize stock loss.Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales to achieve profitability targets.Compliance & Standards:
Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years in a senior retail management role, preferably in an FMCG environment.Education:
Matric is essential; a retail or business management qualification is advantageous.Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes:
Proactive, results-driven, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work flexible hours as required.Other:
Valid South African driver's license and own transport.Job Type: Full-time
