Lifestyle General Assistant
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers with advice through continuously updating your product knowledge
-Perform sales in the shop section in such a way that average value is achieved and maintained
-Assist with the up keeping of standards in the Section by checking on watering, sweeping, trimming etc and liaising with the shop assistant
-Assist with the up keeping of standards
-Discard of dead plants/broken products where applicable
-Record all customer requests and following them through with the Manager
-Maintain good customer relations through excellent customer service
-Maintain all displays and merchandise to promote sales
-Check suppliers' lists and assist in making choices of requirements
-Perform any other tasks as required by Senior Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and high customer service
