Purpose: The purpose of the Lifestyle Coordinator / Manager role is to streamline and enhance the daily operations and personal life of our executives, particularly our CEO and partners. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing lifestyle and professional requests, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure convenience and efficiency. By offering personalized services such as travel arrangements, event planning, and household management, the Lifestyle Coordinator / Manager plays a crucial role in enabling our executives to focus on their primary responsibilities, thereby boosting productivity and overall wellbeing within our organization. The role involves: Consistently providing excellent customer service Reacting and responding to Lifestyle requests Identifying and maintaining strong supplier relationships (specifically in Hotels, Hairdressers, Travel agents, Municipalities etc.) Problem solving and troubleshooting thus retaining invaluable supplier and client relationships The following services to be offered by Lifestyle Coordinator / Manager: Insurance (Medical aid claims, Household insurance) - CEO Ad hoc service requests (personal, professional & social tasks) Digital concierge (Mobile contacts, Home connections (Wi-Fi etc.) - CEO Running errands to assist CEO and his family Arranging transportation and excursions upon request Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation. Arranging tours and activities Making dinner/event reservations for CEO / Partners Obtaining tickets for events Arranging special services Providing or arranging for general business services for Partners Requests for housekeeping and/or maintenance Develop network of contacts, service providers and businesses to serve Partners.
