Mveledzo Life Solutions is a licensed FSP that offers Advisory and intermediary services. Mveledzo Life Solutions is 100% black owned company with offices in Hammanskraal and Centurion.

We are looking for an Administrator for our four Sales Team Leads (1 in Hammanskraal, 2 in Pretoria, 2 in Johannesburg). The Life Insurance Team Lead is responsible for guiding, motivating, and developing a team of life insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of life insurance agents to improve performance, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Identify training needs and collaborate with the training department to develop skills within the team.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

Sales Performance & Goal Achievement

Meet own sales targets

Manage sales targets expectations in alignment with company objectives.

Monitor team and individual performance metrics (e.g., policies sold, premium volume, persistency, activity metrics).

Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Lead by example by maintaining a personal book of business and demonstrating best practices in sales and client management.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Participate in the recruitment and selection of new agents.

Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Business Development

Generate and maintain worksites

Support agents in prospecting, lead generation, and networking strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

NQF Level 5 recognised by the FSCA

RE 5

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in life insurance sales, 1 -2 years in a supervisory or team lead role would be an advantage

Being fit and proper as per the FAIS requirements.

Proven Track Record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R1000,00 - R10000,00 per month
