Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative and clerical support related to long term insurance policies
  • Prepare and process policy documentation, amendments, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity on internal systems
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams regarding policy queries and updates
  • Assist with claims processing and follow up on outstanding requirements
  • Compile reports and assist with regulatory compliance documentation
  • Handle client correspondence and general office duties
