Job Description
Hlulani Group of Properties is looking for a Qualified Agents who have a valid ffc to join the firm.
What our firm offers:
-We will provide you with all the tools necessary from standard forms and documents as well as branded collateral that will set you apart from your competitors.
-Do your listings on the provided system and send us the OTP, we handle the rest from appointing the attorney, following up, managing the process, and most importantly making sure you get your commission.
-We assist in sending your clients' applications to either bond originators or directly to the major banks for bond application and approval. Yet the choice is yours, remember, it is about freedom.
-We work on a 20% administration charge of all transactions through your branch.
Agents will have access to:
-Property24
-Private Property
-Loom
-PayProp
-Office 365 basic online
-Email Addresses.
