Job Summary Level 3 Remote IT Technician - Talent Pool We are expanding our talent pool and seeking highly skilled Level 3 Remote IT Technicians for future client projects. This role is suited to senior technical professionals with strong troubleshooting and infrastructure experience. Requirements: o 4+ years' IT support experience (Level 2/3) o Advanced knowledge of Windows Server & Microsoft 365 o Strong Active Directory & Group Policy experience o Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Firewalls) o Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) o Backup & disaster recovery knowledge o Endpoint security & patch management o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Responsibilities: o Handle escalated technical incidents o Server & infrastructure troubleshooting o Network diagnostics & resolution o System performance optimization o Documentation & technical reporting Relevant certifications (MCSE, CompTIA, Azure, etc.) are highly advantageous.
