Job Summary Level 2 Remote IT Technician - Talent Pool We are building a talent pool of experienced Level 2 Remote IT Technicians for upcoming client projects. This is a remote position suited to technically strong, customer-focused professionals. Requirements: o Minimum 2-3 years' IT support experience o Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware & software) o Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory o Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP etc.) o Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) o Understanding of printers, backups & endpoint security o Excellent communication skills o Ability to work independently Responsibilities: o Provide advanced remote technical support o Escalation handling from Level 1 o User account management & permissions o Troubleshoot network & system issues o Maintain documentation & ticket updates Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft, etc.) advantageous.
