ITque, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk technician to join our team based out of the SF Bay Area. We are a fast-growing, fun, and friendly IT Managed Service Provider servicing small to medium businesses throughout the San Francisco bay area.
*Work from home during US hours 8:00AM-5:00PM Pacific Standard Time to perform IT helpdesk tasks
*Take helpdesk calls
*Process and Triage tickets
Technical Skill Requirements
*Laptops/Desktops/Servers
*Windows 10, 11, Mac OS
*Networked and desktop printers HP, Kyocera, KM, Sharp, etc
*Systems administration of Microsoft Windows Server, including AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Remote Desktop Services
*Firewall management Cisco, Sophos, Fortinet, Sonicwall
*Cloud hosted email such as Office 365, Intermedia, etc
*Antivirus solutions, ESET, Webroot, Sentinel One
*TCP/IP Networking concepts
*Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Vmware and Hyper-V
Other Requirements
*Detail-oriented and have excellent documentation skills
*Ability to communicate in a clear, understandable voice
Enjoy working with people and have a happy and helpful disposition, especially under pressure
