Job Summary LEVEL 1 SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - GARDEN ROUTE As a Level 1 Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to our wireless internet services. RESPONSIBILITIES: xe2x80xa2 Assist customers seeking technical assistance over phone, email, or chat. xe2x80xa2 Provide timely and accurate technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for wireless internet services. xe2x80xa2 Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, including connectivity problems, router configurations, and account inquiries. xe2x80xa2 Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and clearly communicate technical instructions. xe2x80xa2 Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams and follow up. xe2x80xa2 Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support ticketing system. xe2x80xa2 Stay up to date with product knowledge, technical information, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
