Are you experienced in Residential Lettings Property Management?

We are looking for a Residential Lettings Property Manager to join our successful team in an expanding and forward looking business. The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in Estate Agency. They would need to possess exceptional communication skills, written and spoken, great customer service and excellent organisational skills.

The role will include the following duties: (This list is not exhaustive)



You will be part of a team managing a large property portfolio, delivering high-quality lettings and management services to our clients Undertaking the full lettings process and communicating with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to manage any issues through to resolution Arranging for safety certificates and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation Arranging mid term and tenancy end property inspections and managing deposit negotiations Processing tenancy renewals and rent increases Undertaking all work to meet our core values of integrity and quality service Keeping up to date with rent payment schedules and chasing where necessary Updating of property details online and drafting marketing descriptions.

The skills required for this Lettings Administration role will include:



Previous experience in Residential Lettings preferred Driven, ambitious and self-motivated Candidates must have the ability to prioritise work as well as show flexibility to all aspects of the role. It will be essential you can multitask without compromising service standards Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Attention to detail and written accuracy is a must You must have a flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity You must have great customer service skills, be able to communicate confidently, clearly and be well-spoken and have the ability to set and manage client and colleague expectations.

Hardware Requirements:



Own computer or laptop. Fast ADSL/FIBRE internet line. Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system. 2nd Monitor UPS/Inverter/Generator to fully cover all load shedding
