Manager Letting Agent KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND ACTIVITIES Key performance areas: Job output: 1. Leads To promote the business resulting in leads being generated of prospective tenants.

• To physically source prospective tenants by going out and obtaining information.
• To contact prospective tenants to arrange and attend the viewing of the units which should result in a sale.
• To have a full understanding of the lease charges on the pricelist as well as a clear understanding of the lease process, allowing them to carry this information over to the prospective tenant.

2. Letting To sign new deals and achieve the set out monthly target.

• To facilitate the process of obtaining the prospective tenantxe2x80x99s details, as well as closing the deal by obtaining the lease fee and or full deposit paid.
• To guide and assist the prospective tenant in completing the application form.
• To explain the application process to the prospective tenant, ensuring that they understand.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications: Grade 12 (Essential) Real Estate Qualification (Advantageous) Clear Criminal record Functional experience: Minimum 1 year Sales Experience (Essential) Property sales in JHB CBD and or surrounding areas Excellent Telephone Etiquette Communication Skills Ability to Speak at least 3 African languages Management experience: None required IT software knowledge: Word Excel PowerPoint Other 1 Other 2 Other 3 Intermediate Intermediate KEY RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Lease capturing
