Qualifications /Certifications required:

LLB or a relevant degree

Icertis or CLM certifications

Experience required:

3-4 years Legal Tech / Icertis/ CLM implementation and Configuration experience

Responsibilities of role:

Analyze the client's business processes, contract types, data sources, workflows, and reporting needs related to contract lifecycle management

Design and document the configuration of the Icertis tool, including contract templates, clauses, metadata, rules, roles, permissions, integrations, notifications, and dashboards

Configure the Icertis tool using the Icertis Configuration Studio and other tools as needed, following the best practices and standards of the Icertis platform

Test and validate the configuration of the Icertis tool, ensuring that it meets the functional and technical requirements, and resolve any issues or defects

Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities, providing guidance and feedback to the client's users and trainers

Assist with the deployment and go-live of the Icertis solution, ensuring a smooth transition and handover to the client's support team

Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, as well as recommendations for enhancements and upgrades
