Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Specialist to join their legal team in the North-West.Responsibilities
- Research and analyze legal issues and provide guidance and recommendations to the legal department.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Coordinate with outside counsel on various legal matters.
- Review and track legal invoices and expenses.
- Support the legal department in conducting legal research and analysis.
- Assist in managing the organization's compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
- Grade 12
- LLB Degree
- 5 years experience working as a Legal Specialist within the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in Management of NEC, FIDIC, JBCC, and similar types of forms of contracts.
- Understanding BBBEEE Act, Mining Charter 2018, Mine Health & Safety Act, MPRDA.
- Salary: Negotiable
