Job Description

The Legal Services Division Manager at XXX group is responsible for the effective management of the legal department. This position requires overseeing all legal matters within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Management of collections and legal processes
Management of criminal cases
Drafting and reviewing of contracts
Management of personnel
Management and administration of properties and trademarks
Provision of legal advice to the XXX group
Compliance, BEE, and Company Secretarial duties
Qualifications:
LLB degree
Admitted attorney
8 - 10 years of management experience
Thorough knowledge of Civil Litigation and General Litigation
Experience in High Court Litigation (recommended)
Thorough knowledge of Legislation, Civil Procedure, and Case Law
Valid driver's license
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Computer skills (MS Office)
Organisational and problem-solving skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Integrity and ethical values
Energy and enthusiasm
