Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
Assist with RAF files from inception to finalisation
Liaise with clients, medical experts, and third parties
Diary management and court date tracking
File management and document organisation
Typing of pleadings and notices
General administrative and secretarial duties
Requirements:
Paralegal qualification (Certificate or Diploma required)
Proven experience working on RAF matters
Minimum 5years' experience in a legal secretary/paralegal role
Strong understanding of RAF processes and documentation
Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management systems
