Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist with RAF files from inception to finalisation
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, and third parties
  • Diary management and court date tracking
  • File management and document organisation
  • Typing of pleadings and notices
  • General administrative and secretarial duties
Requirements:
  • Paralegal qualification (Certificate or Diploma required)
  • Proven experience working on RAF matters
  • Minimum 5years' experience in a legal secretary/paralegal role
  • Strong understanding of RAF processes and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management systems
