Managing large PDF sets (annotating, redacting, collating, compressing).
Preparing and organising physical and electronic documentation.
Dictaphone and copy typing.
Maintaining resource and client files.
Legal practice administration, including accounts preparation, daily time posting, payment tracking, debtors management, and trust balances.
Developing and maintaining filing systems.
Maintaining client contact details.
Capturing timesheets and preparing billing memos/pre-bills.
FICA administration and compliance follow-up.
General office and personal administration.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a legal secretary within a law firm.
Matric essential.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (particularly MS Word).
Knowledge of Aderant Expert (CMS) and FileSite will be advantageous.
