Job Description

Requirements:
Matric essential, relevant qualification advantageous
- Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in a conveyancing department, working with Bonds
- At a minimum, 2 years of working with Bond cancellations essential
- Knowledge of Bond registrations in legal practice, of any or all of the major banks, will be highly beneficial
- Must be eager to learn from experts in the field of conveyancing and a keen team-player
- Knowledge of Deed Transfers will be advantageous but is not essential
- Fully Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Must be computer literate, knowledge of conveyancing and bonds related software essential
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently, and to perform effectively under pressure
Remuneration:
Market related - negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
