SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to provide legal leadership, governance and advisory services to the organization thereby ensure that the Group operates within all relevant legal frameworks, manages risks effectively, and complies with relevant legislation and regulations within oil and gas industry
POSITION INFO:
Our client, South Africa''s first onshore natural gas explorer and the first integrated producer of both Liquified Helium (Lhe) and Liquified natural gas (LNG) is looking for Legal,Risk and Compliance Manager with working experience in corporate as well as oil and gas / chemical plant environments.
Qualification & Experience
- Grade 12
- LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Registration with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa
- Postgraduate qualification in Risk and Compliance
- 7 years experience in a similar role.
