What Youll Do
As a Legal Recruiting Associate, you will:

• Speak with attorneys across the United States about their backgrounds and career goals
• Present appropriate job opportunities and help candidates get interviews
• Manage each candidates progress through the interview and hiring process
• Schedule calls with law firms and follow up consistently to move processes forward
• Maintain accurate notes and progress updates in our CRM
• Represent BCGs high-service brand with professionalism and polished communication

This is part sales, part relationship management and 100% impact-driven.
