Coordinate comprehensive client transition processes, ensuring accurate file transfers while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Draft and distribute notification letters to medical providers, insurance companies, and relevant parties regarding changes in client representation status
Maintain detailed records and update internal databases to accurately reflect client status changes and operational transitions
Support operational efficiency by scheduling team meetings, distributing meeting minutes, and updating internal procedure documents
Collaborate with management to identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring seamless daily business operations
Requirements:
Hands-on experience supporting an Operations team within a legal services environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel skills for data management and analysis.
Professional work experience in a U.S. business environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret high-volume datasets.
Proven ability to manage spreadsheets and perform complex data manipulation in Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of internet-based software, spreadsheet applications, and word processing tools.
Some college coursework completed, demonstrating foundational academic and professional preparation.
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information and internal work product.
Excellent communication skills, including drafting correspondence and coordinating cross-department transitions.
Ability to accurately update and maintain complex internal databases and documentation systems.
