Job Summary Centurion: LEGAL OFFICE MANAGER Minimum Requirements: -Professional and well presentable preferably female -Fully bilingual with strong English business proficiency -Matric -Recent proven experience in managing the day-to-day operations OF A LAW FIRM A MUST (Industry-bound) -Strong HR exp a must, including employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management & workplace investigations -Exp in financial administration (billing coordination, expense management etc.) -Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) -Driver's license and own vehicle -Computer literate in MS Office -Residing near Centurion -Stable employment record and contactable references Duties: -Full office management function and duties for law firm -HR function, including employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management, and workplace investigations -Oversee admin systems, workflow coordination & operational efficiency -Assist with financial admin, including budgeting, payroll oversight, billing coordination, expense management, and internal financial reporting -Support management Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (market related) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format and indicate Ref CR2808 and your gross salary expectation.
