Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a hard-working professional individual with the following qualities: - Strong communication skills; - Contacting debtors through phone calls, emails and letters for payment for debt handed over; - Meeting clients, assessing their present financial conditions and providing options for payments; - Perform trace on accounts when no contact can be made; - Extensive knowledge of Swordfishand Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.) systems is advantageous ; - All duties and responsibilities relating to the practice of a call centre, more specifically, contacting and following up on payments from the Debtors; - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment; - Highly responsible and trustworthy.
