Legal Counsel – Remote/hybrid (cape Town Or Durban)
Job Description
A global agricultural exporter with operations across five continents is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic guidance on complex commercial, regulatory, and cross-border matters.
The Role:
Draft, review & negotiate international commercial agreements.
Oversee licensing, IP protection & compliance across markets.
Advise on foreign market entry, trade regulations & cross-border deals.
Ensure compliance with all regions corporate & regulatory frameworks.
Support litigation and arbitration in South Africa and abroad.
You Bring:
LLB + admission as attorney/advocate.
6-10 years' post-qualification legal experience.
Strong background in commercial law, licensing & regulatory compliance.
Proven success managing multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Excellent communication, integrity, and business acumen.
