They now seek a legal counsel to join their investments & restructuring team. BRAND NEW ROLE
JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• You will be required to advise internal stakeholders;
• You will be required to draft, review and negotiate all types of documentation;
• You will be required to review legal opinions and instruct external legal counsels in
• various jurisdictions;
• You will be required to be point of contact for inquiries from foreign financial supervisory authorities and responsible to register company funds in foreign jurisdictions;
• You will be responsible for management of internal processes;
• You will be responsible for management of legal database.

CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• You have sound legal knowledge with respect to corporate, commercial and finance law;
• You have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English;
• You have the ability to draft legal documents and negotiate in English, if you can speak German or other European languages this would be a distinct advantage;
• You have commercial experience in a financial institution or in a commercial division of a law firm;
• You have an affinity to data management and relevant processing;
• You have an interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments;
• You have the ability to work independently (to certain extent) and under pressure by respecting tight deadlines;
• You have an overview on company level;
• You are action and client oriented with focus on continuous improvement;
• You have initiative, reliability and willingness to learn;
• You are business oriented;
• You are a team player;
• You have a proactive, attentive and accurate working style with an easy grasp and perseverance.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You have a Master of Law;
• You have a minimum of 2 years current, relevant experience;
• You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years current, relevant experience in a similar function in the financial sector (in-house or law firm);
• You have sound IT skills in MS Office suite, ideally also in MS Dynamics and SharePoint.
