Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Legal and Compliance Manager to join a powerhouse legal team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with solid experience in company law, commercial law and compliance. Understanding of Data privacy, third party risk management and Legal litigation and be able to work independently while contributing to the strategic development of the organization's contract and compliance frameworks.
- 6 years' post admission
- LLM Qualifications advantageous
- Experience in Drafting Contracts
- Experience in Data Privacy Compliance
- Commercial Law and Compliance experience
- Experience in implementing third party risk framework
