As the ER Case Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations team. Youll be responsible for managing ER case documentation, scheduling disciplinary and grievance hearings, tracking compliance deadlines, and supporting internal and external labour litigation processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring effective ER processes across a national wholesale and retail operation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate ER case records, trackers, and databases.
Coordinate hearings, grievance meetings, incapacity processes, and CCMA matters.
Manage documentation bundles, case summaries, and version control in line with POPIA.
Track compliance deadlines, sanctions, and escalations.
Assist with ER reporting, analytics, and audits.
Contribute to process improvements by developing templates, SOPs, and case management tools.
