Summary
Law firm in Pretoria is looking for a Legal bookkeeper primarily to assist the RAF and trusts and estates department.
Requirements and duties:

  • Matric
  • Experience in law firm
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Manage financial processes including invoicing and payments.
  • Allocation of payments received from the Road Accident Fund, Sheriff and Correspondents in Ghost Practice.
  • Processing of Road Accident Fund claims, reconciliations, statement of account, invoicing fees, payments to claimants, correspondents, experts and advocates.
  • Processing of Road Accident Fund payments pertaining to undertaking matters.
  • Accurate recording of all transactions in Ghost Practice.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls for all disbursements and receipts.
  • Assist with additional ad-hoc functions as required
