Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Matric essential
- Bookkeeping Diploma would be ideal
- AJS accounting software experience is advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of FICA KYC principles are advantageous
- Banking experience is advantageous
- Law Firm experience is advantageous
- Processing of Section 86 (4) investment interest
- Capturing advocate and correspondent invoices
- Processing of Trust EFTs
- Monthly reconciliations/trust balance clean-up
- Attending to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors
- Prepare files for annual audit
- Good acumen for dealing with figures would be preferred
- Attention to detail and quality focused
- High accuracy levels
- Maintain confidentiality
- Team player
- Able to multitask
- Honesty and Integrity
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work under pressure
