Job Description

  • Independently manage curatorship and care files
  • Draft and submit Curator Accounts, supporting vouchers, and reports to the Master of the High Court
  • Handle Trust and Estate administration
  • Track deadlines for renewals, payments, tax returns, and compliance
  • Provide high-level support to the Trust & Estates Department
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Certificate in Legal Secretaryship, Trusts & Estates management courses, or bookkeeping certifications will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years' senior-level experience in secretarial or legal administration
  • Prior experience as an Estates Administrator and bookkeeping will be advantageous
  • Exposure to the following programmes and software will be advantageous: AJS,Pastel & nCINO
  • Knowledge of legal practices and terminology
  • Valid driver's license
