You'll collaborate with leaders across licensing, product, compliance, partnerships, crypto, and cross-border payments, gaining exposure to some of the most dynamic regulatory environments on the continent.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting licensing and regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial, vendor, and technology agreements.
- Managing corporate governance and secretarial compliance.
- Assisting with banking, payments, and counterparty onboarding.
- Conducting legal research on evolving fintech, crypto, and payments regulations.
- Providing day-to-day support on operational and strategic legal initiatives.
- LLB Degree
- Admitted attorney
- 4+ years working experience in a legal firm
- Financial services (FX, OTC, crypto assets)
- Banking & payments (PSP, TPPP, cross-border)
- Salary range: R720K - R900K per annum
