Legal and Fiduciary Position available
We are looking for a strong admin oriented candidates (doesn't have to be a legal candidate) to join our team as a Legal and Fiduciary Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage trust portfolios, ensuring effective administration.
- Ensure adherence to trust deeds and alignment with clients' wishes.
- Organize and lead meetings with clients and professional advisors.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on estate planning and administrative matters.
- Maintain and update records for estates, wills, and trusts, and prepare detailed reports.
- Communicate in a professional, timely and clear manner to team members and clients with regards to working matters.
- Communicate in a professional, respectful and clear manner when talking and approaching fellow team members and clients.
- Queries that were raised with regards to working matters were handled in a timely manner.
- Ensure clients and team members are regularly updated on relevant work matters.
- Min 2-3 years Legal experience (advantage but not requirement)
- Relevant Qualification recommended but not required
- Able to communicate in Both Afrikaans and English
