As a Legal and Data Protection Administrator, you'll be at the heart of keeping things legally sound and data secure for a major UK Retail brand. From managing subject access and data erasure requests to supporting legal documentation and contract workflows, your work will help ensure the business stays aligned with regulations and best practices.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and responding to Subject Access Requests (SARs) in line with GDPR
Redacting sensitive information to protect personal data
Handling Right to be Forgotten requests and coordinating data deletion
Preparing legal documents for signature and ensuring accurate filing
Supporting contract management and supplier onboarding processes
Conducting due diligence checks to ensure compliance
What We're Looking For:
You've got a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field You understand UK data protection regulations and GDPR You're organised, detail-focused, and great at managing sensitive information You're confident using contract management systems and relevant software You communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team You bring professionalism, integrity, and a proactive mindset to everything you do Flexible and able to work UK hours
