Job Description
Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drafting, vetting, and updating of legal documentation, including contracts and legal correspondence.
- Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on applicable legislation.
- Managing legal risk in line with established legal and operational risk control frameworks.
- Completed LLB and must be an Admitted Attorney.
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification working experience.
- Experience working in the financial services industry is required.
- Strong background in contract management and legal drafting is required.
