To draft standard banking facility agreements, undertake and/or contribute towards due diligence investigations, security agreements, cash management agreements etc. within the parameters defined by the legal entity mandate and associated regulations. To act as counsel to the Bank during negotiations, within the parameters defined by line management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Law/LLB or related

• 5 - 7 years proven experience in legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents.
• 3 years within the legal and/or financial and/or corporate/commercial sectors.
• 3 - 5 years proven experience in the provision of standard and intermediate legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation.
