Qualification:

Experience:

At least 3 years post admission experience in claims litigation, Short-term insurance and contract drafting.
Knowledge of and the ability to interpret the Short-Term insurance Act, Insurance Act, Financial
Sector Regulations Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulations and FAIS etc.
Knowledge and experience of Companies Act.
Sound knowledge of claims principles as well as claims management.
Knowledge of short-term insurance products (advantageous).
