Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:

Drafting of commercial contracts.
Review and vet all legal agreements received from third parties, service providers, and clients.
Provide advice and support on a variety of business transactions, including acquisitions, as well as commercial and legal structuring.
Provide occasional support to the business on litigious matters.

Requirements:

LLB and an Admitted Attorney.
Minimum of 2 years' post-articles experience, either at a law firm or in-house, with a strong background in commercial drafting.
