Lexdan Select is assisting an Aviation company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:

Provide contractual and transactional support, including maintaining the group-wide contract register and drafting and overseeing legal agreements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal alignment.
Conduct legal research and provide advisory support.
Maintain the compliance register and track group-wide policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Completed a BCom Law or LLB qualification.
Minimum of 1 to 4 years' post-articles experience in a legal or contracts-related role.
