Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor with a solid background in property law, commercial contracts, and labour legislation. This role will provide critical legal guidance across the business, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and supporting sound decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property and commercial contracts
- Providing legal advice on labour and employment matters
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
- Supporting management with legal risk assessment and mitigation
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role
- Strong knowledge of property law, commercial agreements, and labour legislation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
